Not only a massage therapist
Hi! I'm Sophia. I am a board licensed massage therapist who is experienced in an extensive range of massage modalities, such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and myofascial release. Through my work I have discovered that most physical pain and discomfort comes from emotions trapped in the physical body, so I combine breathwork with somatic-emotional memory release techniques to provide effective pain relief.
In addition to my bodywork therapy background, I have a specialized ability to see into and work with my clients' subtle energy fields. Known as PRVH, this particular type of energy work helps free my clients from deep seated traumas and harmful patterns, blocked flow, and clear heavy, negative energies, and more, allowing room for personal power. My mission is to help people heal and become their most powerful, authentic, and sovereign selves through skilled, loving touch and energy work to clear the things that "don't belong."
I believe that each and every body has a story to tell, and by intuitively combining trigger point therapy, certified massage styles, prvh, and my personally crafted energy work modality, I am inspired to transmute heavy energies and blockages into embodied power that my clients can feel and experience.
